Kaiser Knuckle...Wont scale to full screen...

Trying this game and like the title says it wont scale to full screen, just stays as a small window (in full screen mode)..this is what it looks like in full screen mode...Original aspect ratio disabled (also tried with it enabled)
Changing stuff in any of the available options makes no difference.
Think i've tried everything,including checking stuff in BIOS screens, does anyone else get the same?...
Checked on MameTesters and there is no flag for this, so i dont know really.

Hmmm...
Seems to be a common theme with some F3 system games, tried some more (Elevator Action Returns,Bubble Memories) and get the same thing, but some are ok (Darius Gaiden).
Guess it must be an issue with the F3 driver that i missed on Mame Testers..
Oh well.

I just did .138 and .139 and its both full screen and in the correct aspect ratio, so its probably a problem on your end. Try a fresh install, that normally fixes problems like this.

delete the .cgf and .nvram files for this game.

I can pretty much guarantee that it's your artwork layout effecting the game. You have two choices, move the kaiserkn.zip artwork out of that folder or make sure all artwork elements are OFF before running MAME to ensure that none of the artwork settings are being used.
If using command line, make sure these commands issued or set in INI if you don't want artwork to be used.
-nouse_bezels
-nouse_overlays
-nouse_backdrops
That said, there is an issue with cropping that is in u4 that has been fixed for 0.140.

Utterly bizarre....
I've had to delete ALL my F3 system Artwork files....nothing else worked.
Deleteing CFG,NVRAMS had no effect, disabling ALL artwork options in UI and restarting had no effect..
With the Artwork Zips gone, all the games scale full screen...
Thanks for the help anyway....:)
