I downloaded the zip file at this link: http://host-a.net/DRX%20Gaming/Super%20Kid%20Icarus.zip And it runs, and plays fine. Though at the VGMaps site, it does say it's their April FOOLS Map of the Month. But the Area 1 map matches at least what's in the beginning of the first level in the game. I didn't go any further into than that though.
