3D-ARCADE DEFAULT SKIN

The new default skin for the frontend takes up the Asteroids theme of the website. The idea was to make a more generic themed skin so it feels more like a regular application. Because it does not use any fancy layering it is also easier to skin...just drag the elements around at will. Also the default setup has been reorganised. The demos section can be used for easily adding any new arcades that come available with just a few clicks. See here in fereadme how to do this. The various section wil be used to show how to setup less used features...for example there is an Ultracade like wheel setup included that some people might find interesting.
