Stephen & Karlie Cooper: The movie CopLand with Sly Stallone, he is playing a Lethal Weapon pinball at the start! cgarner1985: In the 1989 movie Parenthood, Gil Buckman (played by Steve Martin) answer's his son's question on why the game is so difficult and Gil, groping for an answer, looks at the awning and says: "Oh, well. They're bad dudes. That's why they call the game Bad Dudes". gregf: On to Poltergeist II: The Other Side (1986), around 20 minutes to 30 minutes into the movie, the family flees the house that they are staying at and drive to a cafe for temporary safety. For about 10 seconds, a Space Invaders cab and an unknown pinball table can be seen along the wall....away from a couple customers sitting at stools by the counter. Nothing else in the movie other than that scene. Bill Esquivel: A Night in Heaven (1983): The scene starts at 1:02:22. Guy was trying to get a job in the factory. They walked though the production line. Must have been 50+ time pilots shown... It was maybe a 1 min scene. Bill Esquivel: In The Amateur (Canada 1981) there was an old 1971 Sega astrodata fortune teller machine that the star hid CIA secrets in. A few scenes of the game about 20min in. Bill Esquivel: In Private school (USA 1983) they had a few scenes in an arcade. The actors also spent some time playing a fake game. Not sure but I think it was middle of the movie. Stiletto: There's an arcade in "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (USA 2010)" but I haven't got a good look at all the cabinets yet. There is, however, a made-up game called "Ninja Ninja Revolution". gregf: Strange Invaders (1983). About halfway into the movie, there's a brief scene of an arcade in NYC. The aliens, disguised as humans, are playing a Williams Star Gate upright cab and to the right of the Star Gate upright cab is supposedly an upright cab of Nintendo's Radar Scope. The only visible part of Radar Scope is the marquee piece because folks are standing in front of the monitor, control panel etc. But I am pretty certain it is the upright cab of Radar Scope which looks like what is shown on the flyer advertisement. Hopefully someone can provide frame grabs from that scene sometime later. MASH: Jaws 3-D (1983). Arcade games at the beginning in the pub scene. gregf: Made in U.S.A. (1987). A Lil Hustler cab is in the men's restroom in a truckstop cafe or maybe it was a bar. B2K24: There was some custom cab it showed called Ace War in a bar type scene of Recoil (2011). gregf: Near the middle part of the movie The Parallax View (1974), a full size upright cab of Nutting Associates Computer Space Ball is standing on a four wheel dolly in the middle of a laboratory where a scientist and a laboratory chimpanzee are playing a game of pong. The Computer Space Ball cab is missing the decal sticker that has words Space Ball printed on the decal. But it is definitely a full size upright Computer Space Ball cab. gregf: Outlaw Blues (1977). While inside a bar in Texas and after losing money in some betting event, Susan Saint James movie character, walks over to the bar counter to rejoin a work colleague seated at the bar counter.
